Tomato mascarpone sauce with scampi
– 420g of AMIFOOD Mascarpone Sauce
– 500g of unshelled scampi
– 4 shallots
– 4 garlic cloves
– 100g of cherry tomatoes
– 25cl of white wine
– Olive oil
Step 1 :
Brown the garlic in a pan with the olive oil.
Then add the shallots, finely chopped.
Remove the scampi from their shells and add them to the pan.
Add the white wine and reduce by half.
Step 2 :
Pour the AMIFOOD Mascarpone Sauce over the mixture in the pan while warming on a low heat.
Once hot, mix well with the well-drained tagliatelle.
Before serving, cut some cherry tomatoes in two and arrange them on the plate.
